The Cifra Company (TCC) is a private boutique merchant banking firm that specializes in merger and acquisition advisory services, financial restructuring services and business/corporate development. We also assist in the engagement of venture capital-related activities, including early- and later-stage funding, working with private and corporate investors. A variety of merchant banking activities and corporate finance consulting are also provided through the firm's affiliates that commission special M&A exit strategies and specialize in the acquisition, operation, and reselling of companies.

Leadership
Founder Michael “Mike” Cabalquinto is President & CEO and has principal responsibility for the firm's Strategic and Financial Advisory business. His particular focus is technology transactions, as well as coverage of the private equity community across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mike is continually involved in investments, real estate, and finance. In his "prior life," Mike held positions in configuration and systems engineering, sales, marketing, business and corporate development, operations, and project management for a number of Fortune 500, NASDAQ, and venture-backed startup companies. Mike holds an MBA with a major in Technology Marketing & Venture Management (Entrepreneurship) from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, Mike holds dual degrees from Seattle University: a BS in Electrical Engineering with a physics minor (mathematics concentration) from the College of Science & Engineering, and a BA in Humanities from the Matteo Ricci Institute.
