Founder, Michael “Mike” Cabalquinto, is President & CEO and has principal responsibility for the firm's Strategic and Financial Advisory business. His particular focus is technology transactions, as well as coverage of the private equity community of the United States, Europe and Asia. Mike is continually involved in investments, real estate & finance. In his "prior life" Mike has held positions in configuration & systems engineering, sales, marketing & business- and corporate-development, operations and project management for a number of Fortune 500, NASDAQ and venture start-up companies. Mike holds an MBA with a major in Technology Marketing & Venture Management (Entrepreneurship) from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, he has a BS Electrical Engineering degree and a Physics minor (Mathematics concentration) from Seattle University in Seattle, Washington, as well as a BA Humanities degree from the Matteo Ricci Institute at Seattle University.
